I like to consider myself an optimist, however I found that webinar incredibly disappointing. The focus was less on digging deep and more on justification. Even more disappointing, was the format. The webinar was conducted in a closed manner whereby JG had sole discretion around what questions were answered and how they were presented to the audience. That process completely lacks transparency and allows for curtailing around difficult questions. Nothing in that webinar gave me any confidence. Quite the opposite. I expected more given a) the poor readout, and b) the leadership challenge
