This meeting is insulting to current shareholders .. Gennadi has offered no alternative path forward whatsoever , there should be a clear outline of what doctor will run the company, what drug will be coming on board , the program to test it and bring it to market, all in minute detail, otherwise this is just an ambit claim by Gennadi for a vehicle trading below cash backing . To be clear Gennadi wants to see Moses back , same chairman that was there for twenty years. Garner/Gittleson have only been around 2-3 years , they did what they could to monetise appropriately 20 years of work from Moses/Diamond/Gennadi and not blow up the company, they totally deserve a chance to run PER in their own image and making.
I would add Lateral Pharma has been around for a long time, I have no doubt Garner / Gittleson are well aware of it and would be happy to buy it themselves if they thought the drug was any good, so we d0n't need Gennadi and his HUGE spotters fee to look at that opportunity . Make no doubt the related party fees will moonshot if Gennadi gets control and bleed the company dry.
