This is pretty bad. Glad I got out. Downside is criminal charges and/or 12-18 month delay. That delay is huge and that’s just to resolve this. That excludes the LI and then development, which need to be considered.
Upside is some sort of settlement, which is no doubt what they want.
Either way is uncertainty is high and the market hates that. I genuinely hope for the company and holders this gets resolved but this will get smashed on this news. What a shame as the underlying commodity is booming and this would have been a great project for the local economy too.
