Either way is uncertainty is high and the market hates that. I genuinely hope for the company and holders this gets resolved but this will get smashed on this news. What a shame as the underlying commodity is booming and this would have been a great project for the local economy too.

This is possible only if the prosecutor is having trouble balancing his departments budget.
