The takeaway from the webinar is;
The worst case scenario is having to redo some of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
The best case is some sort of settlement and the case is resolved.
Fernando also stated that there are no issues with the landholders and there is one property left to purchase.
It was interesting to hear that mineral rights take precedence over surface rights and that values are determined by an independent valuer.
Whatever the outcome is does add to the time line.
From my point of view the situation although disappointing is not as bad as I first thought.
