solid webinar, my few points of note;

- Strong start to the new FY, more customers on the ERP platform early on (my recollection was +7 new customers in July).
- Asian strategy, of bringing scale and acquiring at favourable business multiples - makes sense.
- Attraction of lower cost base facilitating 'centre of excellence' in Manilla, improving margins.
- Backing by Netsuite/Oracle on the Asian expansion.
- IP acquisitions likely sooner rather than later.
- Riyo looking slick and polished. leveraging off existing customer base and further marketing to come.
- TEMs stabilising, larger customer size, but fewer customers
- Improving communications with the look to pitch at fund manager/larger investors going forward. Plan here of “getting runs on the board” first.


The webinar itself, is a good way of reaching out to those investors who can't make an AGM. Technology wise the platform was good, a few minor technical issues especially towards the end/last 10mins of the update. I'd guess next time 30mins would probably suffice as the background detail is already known, so might avoid those technical issues assuming they relate to length of broadcast.

Happy holder here, onwards and upwards. Huge potential for those with a slightly longer term investment time frame in my opinion as the growth strategy is implemented.
