It was interesting to hear that IP acquisitions are MO and not smaller ERP businesses......

So the RIYO formula is the way forward? Buy IP so they can set the price, develop and integrate it in a low cost jurisdiction, gain greater margin and then using their "exceptional client experience" cross sell into the existing client base.....how many of these IP businesses can they actually integrate?

I do hope the responsibility for the "exceptional customer experience" is retained in Australia and not outsourced to the Philippines... I am happy for Manila to be the workhorse but the face of the company.... Assuming Australia holds the face, and Manila is the backroom, then I am all for it......

So the next important news (ex acquisition) is RIYO sales growth.....because RIYO is the test child and precursor to future IP businesses..... I am glad that they took their time in polishing it up.

It does feel like that they want to really start leveraging their key asset of "exceptional customer experience". How many awards have they won from best CEO and best Young Executive...

However I would like them to continue growing the client numbers and I am hoping a few more 2 STAR Spectrum's come on. where the pay back is is 1.5 years.
