Agreed - no reason why in a 3-5 years time with additional acquisitions to speed up Asian growth, combined with the odd shrewd IP bolt-on, that JCS couldn't have hypothetical multiples of something like this:

(the below are my 2022 perfect world estimates):
$40m Revenue
$10m EBITDA
NPAT $7m

Assuming no dilution (acquisitions funded largely by cash/debt), the above numbers could quite easily justify a corresponding:

Market cap of say $80m (PE of circa 12),
Which equates to a share price of ~24c a share.

Throw in the possibility of a future dividend into the mix and all of a sudden JCS will appeal to a wider audience of investors (and fund managers as mentioned on the webinar). Personally, I'm happy with them reinvesting profit/cash for growth rather than paying a dividend.  


Standard disclaimer - Obviously the above is all just projections and hot air, and should be viewed that way until management demonstrate success in the execution of the Asian expansion strategy and ability to roll out newly acquired IP and monetize these through their existing client base.

However, based on how things are tracking and current market information, I won't be selling one share for anything less than 10c in the medium term. Stock opportunities like this don't come around all that often in my opinion and I plan on capitalising.
