Interesting property alright.

Top holders are Kar Wing Ng 9.24%, SF Legacy of Jersey Islands 10.2% John Kolenda 15.61% and Somers Ltd with 5.99%.

Kolenda didn't take up any shares in the placement which allowed SF to join and later add. He did buy on market subsequently (120000 shares).

Somers via Resimac became Substantial in December 19 with 5.9%. There has been no notice since which itself means they are in breach of their obligation since they have either taken up more shares in the placement or been diluted by the placement. Either should have triggered advice to the market. The bulk of the Resimac/Somers shares came from Finsure merger




For some reason I have got a feeling SF is related to Somers but can't find any notes to confirm that. Maybe not?

Now both the MD and CFO have resigned. It's almost like this is being set up for something but very slowly.

I've been here a year and am underwater but will add if it gets down to the low 40s again. Otherwise let's just wait and see. Good to see you are excited by this. So was I but it's pretty lonely
