So now the merger between Connective and AFG has been approved.
AFG are now a bank + Mortgage aggregator just like BBC
AFG paid $120m for Connective on a price to earnings ratio of 11
Finsure is doing about $11m EBITDA a year
thats about $7.5m NPAT
Finsure is worth about $80m if using an 11 x pe multiple based on this recent transaction.
BBC market cap is trading at $50m
BBC banking licence is also very valuable ... my guess between $10-20m
BBC is criminally undervalued
So now the merger between Connective and AFG has been...
