Every one has been talking but no decisions seem to have been made .
Time is of the essence as after 22 April 2022 when the stabilisation plant tanks get full there is probably no option but to shut the wells in .
So much for the the new National policy of self reliance and resilient supply chains .
I guess oil is just out of fashion .
