It appears that they have had a few issues out of their control (including outsourced transportation, logistics, outages and vandalism), including poor weather and a few unknowns re DUCS. Shit happens! A lot of internal works happening merging the companies. Hopefully we will have an update and news release by early June? I am looking forward to the next quarterly.
