    I agree that it's a stretch to call a phev an EV. I have owned 3 x full EVs. Having said that, I agree that CBR is on the money when it pushes the EV angle. For an EV owner, range is everything. I'd love to see an aftermarket CBR wheel for Tesla. The range freaks and the performance freaks would queue up!
