it would have been great if they could have listed directly in the US on NASDAQ but the hurdles to doing that are very high ... in fact I think that's the reason why the SPAC phenomenon took off 5 or 6 years ago as a slightly weird way of facilitating listings.

anyway, it is a nail biting experience for CBR shareholders but the last few weeks have seen reasonable news so I remain hopeful if not convinced of a successful merger and listing.
