I think despite how long things have taken, considering my own experience with engineering and commissioning of systems similar, I personally won't feel too bad if it isn't a case of run it up and push hydrogen straight out, I won't be concerned but it won't be good for the SP.
The timeline has definitely slipped, and for lots of reasons. Not uncommon and we found solutions. It will work and by end of the year I do think we will all be glad we held on.
