The EU is certainly proving to offer up funding for renewable related projects. Vulcan Energy (VUL.AX) have just announced that it has received a €100m government funding commitment for a renewable heat supply project in Germany.
ION appears to be well connected in the EU, and confident of obtaining non dilutive funding to advance the pilot plant.
Let's hope Ebbe is true to his word and that there will be a consistent news flow over the next 12 months.
