I too was frustrated at the lack of information coming from Hazer about aspects of the CDP.

There is a report available on the ARENA website (Link Below) which highlights the difficulty of procuring one off items to build a one off plant. When Hazer went shopping for a Hot Wall Reactor nobody wanted to deal with them but having KBR on board eliminates that problem.

When KBR walks in the door of a business and says we want 20 Reactors over the next 5 years the story is totally different.

I for one am glad Hazer are done with being a builder of plants. (They were not very good at it but first timers rarely are)
