As Luc explained in the webinar it is the reactor.and the reaction within it that is the heart of the tech. The rest is engineering common to industry. Everyone was expecting that the Webinar would include an explanation of the where the we are regarding the new reactor and it's thoroughly reasonable to enquire about it.
