Don't know if I'm considered one of the trolls or not.
But for mine, some of my questions were answered, some were slightly addressed, but no point ranting in to void, yes I found it a bit disappointing that for some questions there were a couple of points contained in the question and he only addressed 1 of the 2 or 3 areas in the question, others were not addressed at all. Can't believe he blamed the next of round of floods for delays with Carpet Court - it's been 2 year champ!.. Any way......
As for CF+ quarterly, pardon my cynicism but in 2023 he was saying from what he was seeing SPX on track to be CF+ by June 30, fast forward 2 years on now quoting 2x1.5mill months (April and May) and looking like SPX will record 1st CF+ quarterly result, but without showing any internal; reports or data that confirm this, so as always I will sceptical until it is in the balance sheet of the 4C.
The only real way to get answers to some questions will be the AGM, and that is a long way off and hopefully will be in Perth this year given that is where both our registered and trading offices are located. Pre recorded, submit your questions before hand format can't be reworded and can be followed up from the floor of an AGM so look forward to that one.
As always at least here there can be back and forth (sometimes) with pieces of information, again that can't be done looking down the lens and then posting the video to the hub.
