I didn't think he was being vague at all.
He said that this quarter will be the first that they are breakeven on an operating cashflow basis.
He also said that he and the market will not be happy until the company is at least breakeven, but more so cash flow positive in consecutive quarters as then it shows sustainability.
This tells me that there's at least a not insignificant amount of service income (project specific) in this quarter that will not be there in the next one.
