AF alluded to news coming around the end of the financial year and to be fair this has happened in the past.
The most likely IMO is Airplus + Capricorn. Options agreement means the revenue won't be shared with Capricorn but over time they will make a good return on their Spenda investment to offset, hopefully...
Pray that Swiftstatement signups has in fact ticked up as suggested. Because Swiftstatement first, then push for further Spenda functionality, Airplus, SOE etc.
So hopefully something announced over the next 1-2 months......
