no… Again, look at the semiannual accounts. Much of that cash reported in the 4c was restricted. I posted much about it at the time, to warn that the runway was not as high as it looked because of warehouse first loss requirement and other financial covenants. So no, it did not drop that much. But the latest number is the right one to consider as unrestricted cash. Much too low for comfort.
