    Oh well. Not ideal but management thought that was probably the only credible offer on the table. and they wanted to secure it.

    Potential buyers had months to come back and make an offer. Unfortunately, They didn't. The best of 2 sh8tcos are going to buy the Colombian assets. Pretty cheap indeed but it is what it is.

    Let's get the money an with that a rerate.
