Agree with the comments above - want our CEO to be across these things. It's not like she's parachuted into the company out of the blue - would hope the rest of our BOD are somewhat informed about the company they're running. Maybe I just got used to feeling safe in the presence of the 'stach though.
Side note - the 'feel' I got from the call is it does seem that we'll pay some consultant to tell us our best option is flogging off our half to of the JV to Gina...
