This was asked during the last webminar and SN gave the std response that any shareholder over 5% will need to lodge a substantial. They had no comment specifically relating to Hancock.
That's why we should ask if STX is or has sought any takeover defence advice. They can't disclose any confidential and commercial discussions, but they sure can disclose whether the company has sought takeover defence advice.
