    You and me both mate. Do I think management could have performed better over the last year or so and had better communication with shareholders? Absolutely. Do I think the timing of this deal sucks (pre IG appreciation)? Yep. But I think a lot of people here don't realize they could be shooting themselves in the foot by flat out refusing this based on emotion. Let's at least hear what Matt has to say.
