Without having the capabilities to add value through downstream processing, the Springdale asset in its current state is not that impressive. The reason IG6 will do so well is because they have a team behind it with cumulative decades of experience in graphite and downstream processing technology.

Also it's not a secret that the IG6 shares would be in escrow for 2 years, this has been known since the sale of Springdale and the deal would have not gone ahead had Comet not agreed to this, as requested by IG.
