unfortunately your right, it will be worse (if not fatal) if the deal doesn’t go through and this would be compounded by terrible sentiment on reopening.
It is a bad situation but you are right.
I watched the preso, I cant fathom a few of the comments but overall I have succumbed now, I won’t get a financial reward from trying to sink this deal. But…. They should snap out of the arrogance that led to this deal, or they will be removed next time I’m guessing
