Agreed however there are no massive gains guaranteed at present - a gain indeed - not the gains they are after anyway. The likes of Bain will be in it until the sp recovers somewhat - <$5. Yes agreed this will hurt retail m & d investors who bought and held above certain levels however the current levels are possible value upon this scurge ending sooner than later and previous takeover possibilities such as KKR or whoever it was - all be it they did not buy in on this placement but not to say others are not circling.
