Maybe they were quick to act but it’s about making money and the money will be earned getting rid of the $1.70 shares by the big boys to retail who think when this bounces from the lows after the raising and then be trapped when it shoots south....
Selling all shares now and buying back in at the set raising amount is good business if you want to stay involved but selling out completely and letting the dust settle would be wise at this point in time...
This is not an exploration company looking for the hot spot it is a company that is trying to survive in the most disastrous of circumstances with no end to the difficulties ahead....
Is $1.70 a bargain? IMHO it is valued at that and there must be some margins left around that price for the big boys to come on board but they didn’t underwrite the whole amount only the amount they can sell back to punters with good profits, will the mom and dads be left holding a substantial loss again?
