What really gives me confidence that WEB is going to be operational sooner or later is their decision to defer, yes defer, not cancel, their interim dividend. To October 2020. They will review it again closer to the time but I like their play as they don’t obviously want to shaft shareholders by cancelling it upfront (like what most people expected, including myself). This October date is obviously there for a reason and hasn’t been pulled out of someone’s ass cheek.
