This sounds too simple, but if you owned WEB wouldnt you take all the $1.7 shares you could in the 3rd April offer, then the next day sell every share you currently hold.
Then you will still receive your cheap shares on April 28th.
If this things gonna tank it will be on Monday when everyone does the above?
Can someone please elaborate if the above scenario isnt possible?
