I have respect for management for their decision making but I do not feel that now is not the time to confuse shareholders .The company went into survival mode about one year ago and were thrown to the wolves to survive . Money was raised to accommodate two to three year functionality in order to weather the storm .To reduce overheads by transferring to lower interest rates makes good short term business sense however further dilution puts a ceiling on share price in the near term . Ultimately the company will become a takeover target at a bargain price and the note holders will gleefully sell at a handsome profit and unless there is a significant premium the shareholders will come out second best .It would be appreciated if management would give some financials to clear the air as to where the company is at the moment.
