It's based on previous observation of what happened to the global market in 2008/2009 and just my observation/ my risk/award calculation.
At that time the majority of growth companies fell 50%. It didn't matter whether it was a good business or not. Its a panic, people running out of money etc I can't see that this thing ends in a week/month. It might extend over the European/USA holidays.
Basically, the travel business is almost frozen. Israeli airlines announced yesterday that they likely go under within weeks.I would expect more of similar announcement in the next future.
I would wait until the next reporting season in USA/Australia before I start buying anything. Its pure speculation, but in my view, it will be a better entry point 6-8AUD fairly shortly.
