You need to understand that the share price is not relevant, the market cap is the value of the company. The price of the share is what you pay to own a share, the value of the company is the market cap. Vary the number of shares and the price changes but the valuation of the company remains the same.
For WEB to go back to the $14 pre covid price the value of the company would need to be around $4b .. at it's peak pre the cap raise it was at less than $2b .. it cannot possibly reach pre covid prices in the near or far term.
