i like this stock purely because there is absolutely a land grab going on at the moment. WBC coming in will be interested in their decisioning model. As a lender, the returns here are way to low for the risk, so i'm presuming the funders to these guys are doing it with debtor finance, or they are securitising?
i think the technology is important & can see the SP moving higher as they bring in more merchants... but geeze hard to see/understand how it would look through a cycle? How do they provision? Do they? what kind of covenants we recon they have with their lenders- how committed are the lines?
