I dont fully understand the 'potential economic commitment up to $65m' by Bain. Is that them saying they will give out a loan if need be? In any case, sounds like good news. Bain going for a stake of up to 16% in the company and because they are a private equity, I doubt they will let the business fail/go under so they will provide a loan if they see the need for it.
