Basically Bain have agreed to act as backstop on the retail offer - if zero retail holders take up the offer, Bain will step in with the $50m (the only limitation being FIRB approval, but again they have got around this with Bain/Goldmans getting around this with a total return swap).
If all the retail share is taken, they would have raised 65m more than originally communicated yesterday.....sounds incredibly dilutive to me, but hard to know state of receivables at this stage (wonder who the 3 large travel companies are they mentioned yesterday)?
