Seems like a decent way to lock in long term funding at a decent price (2.5%) and in a currency they will earn a decent share of their revenues in, but becomes a bit more costly when you take into account the hedge (almost 40m and ~20% of the term funding).
I assume the hedge is ensure shareholders don't get diluted at $4.092 a share in 7 years time, so perhaps over the long term, not bad for shareholders
