The key management compensation is around $5m... I chose to ignore that to be conservative.
If the travel bans remain in place till the end of April, WEB should come out right. If it goes till the end of May, things will start looking bleak. I dont see the company running out of money unless the travel bans extend to June/July.
Regardless of my interest in WEB, I would put my money on travel bans being eased at the minimum (if not lifted completely in most parts of the world) by the end of April. I think there is a high likelihood of them being lifted by mid April.
The world is in a panic and the stock market seems to be pricing in worst case scenarios. The number of infections from the US will look bad initially. Not because of the rate of spread, but because of the extra testing being done of people who were already infected. 3 to 4 weeks from now we will start seeing the rate of growth of confirmed cases slowing because more of the people who have it would already have been tested. Add to that the change in season to warmer weather in the Northern Hemisphere and we will see the virus situation improving drastically.
The next 1 to 2 weeks will be more bad headlines but I think 3 to 4 weeks from now the headlines will start turning more optimistic regarding the virus. I'm adding to my position as I can't see the price going below 2.40 on fundamentals or charts. Fundamentals are already ridiculous... trading at a market cap of ONE times revenue for a company that had an EBITDA ratio of 40% and under business as usual is growing around 20% with ease. I have never seen anything like it. This is the buy of the decade for me.
