A good bit of business indeed. Water bought as part of Tandou in 2015 for a bit over $1000/Ml is sold 2 years later for about $3500/Ml. Should anyone raise an eyebrow at such price appreciation? Perhaps Mr and Mrs Taxpayer should, they're the ones funding it. Or perhaps Webster just identified a mis-priced asset and took advantage.
