    Over $5,216mil was spent in just administration costs as quoted on the quarterly.

    Over 5 times more then what was spent on projects and development.

    How long will the $60m in cash reserves last? What real impact will be seen by this court case to the company? Where will the company find the funds to proceed with developing their projects as what has been said in a company annoucment, coal sector is depressed?

    So many questions, so many!
