I've found POK was a substantial shareholder in RAD BEFORE any of either RAD announcement of acquisition of Weebit or POK's announcement of BUD. So your interpretation is incorrect. We need to interpret fact as fact for the purposes of accuracy. So BUD's holding in RAD is a legacy holding from pre acquisition days. They did not buy into RAD because of Weebit. They may continue to hold because of Weebit but that is different altogether.
