Watch this video on 3DxPoint from Micron/Intel and the question and answer session at the end. At 36min and 36 seconds they get questioned on the intellectual property. Watch how cagey they are answering the question. And no mention ever of the memory material. I wonder if there is any patent infringement going on here. Where are Micron's/Intel patents?
