Your calculations are I'm afraid a bit dodgy - as far as I can make out there are 120 million shares (not 24 m) and they have 6.6% equity in the Huinga well. This gives a much lower cents per share value for 45 mbbl.
PCL could certainly spike well over 10 cents on a strike but IMHO until reserves are proven it is unlikely to go over 15 cents. I hold PCL so I hope you are right and I am being too conservative.
