Very soon after the announcement with SiEn. A correction was made to a reference that their "production line will be based on STMicroelectronic Technology, similar to that used by Leti"
The reference to STMicroelectronic Technology was deleted and corrected very soon after the announcement.
HC still have the incorrect announcement, so anyone wanting to see the first announcement can see that one.
The corrected one can be found on WBT site under News Coverage.

This to me indicates SiEn's two fabs are being constructed to use only Weebit/Leti design memory.
I noticed the correction very soon after the announcement was released, but thought nothing more of it.
I don't think any others have picked up on this either.
