Can you explain the free options and tax implications of converting those please . If you hold for 12 months is it the same deal as the heads.
At the time I figured buying the heads around 28 cents was good deal . thinking was going to save 17 cents not having to pay the full 45 cents on conversion, and have a head start on the 50% 12 month hold tax break.
Might rotate a few of the pre consolidation ones over time, but thought if ever they received an offer that was to good to refuse that 50% might come in handy.
