i can't see a date on that document but i am pretty sure that is from 16/4/2020 which was about 4 weeks into the Covid-19 period. they stated a few times since then that it added approx 3-4 month delays to most time lines they had given us. Leti remained shut for many weeks post this interview which they obviously couldn't foresee at the time
again i am fine if they want to enter into agreements before end of this year although going off everything that has been said since C-19 hit it is sounding a lot like mid 2021.
i'd rather be realistic
