Further to jb206, I think Coby said that Global Foundries were working on their own RERAM (ie Adesto tech they bought), but given they are talking to WBT it would appear their own RERAM is not working that well. Plus GF is now demoing its 22FDX at Nuremberg with WBT. Coby also said that Crossbar hit one hurdle too many with their tech, and that it was too expensive to make. I'm pretty sure he used the words they both "are over", which is pretty bold coming from him. It is old news that WBT has some of Adesto's key founders / staff onboard. What I hadn't known was that ex-Crossbar staff have joined WBT too.
