I think they have to specify the materiality is unknown because the money is dependent on validating that Weebit's tech will integrate with Onsemi's platform. As Weebit completes integration milestones and promises are fulfilled, that's where we get paid engineering fees. Once all of the integration is done, I believe that's the point when they can share what the production-based licensing fees would be. Coby must already know the numbers but maybe can't share yet since it's not certain until the initial milestones are complete.
Either way, this doesn't change the fact that Weebit has progressed greatly in reaching this stage with a customer, which is a big milestone for the company.
